At Rotary Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return any unworn item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original presentation box with all protective films, tags, and warranty booklets included to ensure a successful inspection.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the watch, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
